You can access this website without registering or passing us any personal information. We only collect personal data as part of our sales or communications processes, including making enquiries through the website, subject to our Privacy Policy and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
3. Purchasing from us
3.1 You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.
3.2 The purchase contract will be made when we accept your order and change the order status to processing – NOT BEFORE. We will send you a despatch confirmation by email. When we despatch the order, the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
3.3 We may refuse to accept an order:

4. Pricing
4.1 Our prices include VAT and are given in UK pounds (GBP).
4.2 Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates and conditions are stated in the item description or at checkout.
4.3 Our prices are reviewed periodically and may change without warning at our sole discretion.
5. Cancellation and returns policy
5.1 If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us by email to sales@recoheat.co.uk or by telephone on 01638 445 180 before we have dispatched the goods to you.
When goods have already been dispatched to you, please email sales@recoheat.co.uk and return the goods to us in accordance with clause 4.2 below.
5.2 You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 60 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you unless they are delivered damaged, faulty or not as described.
5.3 A full refund of the amount paid will be given as soon as possible after an order is returned.
5.4 Insuring any goods returned in transit will be borne by you. Any damage or deterioration of the goods returned to us may result in a reduction in the sum refunded.

Unless otherwise stated, the copyright and other intellectual property rights in all material on this website (including without limitation photographs and graphical images) are owned by us or our licensors. Please apply for permission to reproduce or use any of our materials.
